RPL7P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,844 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7P1, RPL7P32, and RPS7P11. Each is linked with RPL7P4 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P4 versus RPL7P1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
