Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,933 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21_T394, RBM15B_S109, and PPP3CA_S492. Each is linked with RPL7P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P4 versus RAD21_T394 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
