Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCL1, G3BP1, and MTFR1L. Each is linked with RPL7P36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P36-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P36 results are reported.
