Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,177 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Protein localization to mitochondrion, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with RPL7P29 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
