Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,790 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA alternative polyadenylation, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with RPL7P24 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA alternative polyadenylation grouped by RPL7P24-low versus RPL7P24-high in CHOL.
