Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,962 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7P22-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAZP3, EIF4HP1, and YWHAZP2. Each is linked with RPL7P22 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
