RPL7P20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,948 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL10A, TOP2B_S1581, and MAPKAPK2. Each is linked with RPL7P20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P20-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P20 versus RPL10A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
