RPL7P17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,478 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNRD1ASP, GLUD1P3, and NFYC-AS1. Each is linked with RPL7P17 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
