RPL7P11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,015 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7P11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, CDC5L, and HNRNPR. Each is linked with RPL7P11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7P11-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7P11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7P11 versus WRNIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7P11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7P11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
