Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7L1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,893 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7L1P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS1, ARHGEF17, and DPYSL2. Each is linked with RPL7L1P9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7L1P9 versus TNS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7L1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7L1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
