Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7L1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,562 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7L1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, Regulation of carbohydrate metabolic process, and Dendrite development. Each is linked with RPL7L1P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1P2 results are reported.
