Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7L1P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7L1P13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RPL7L1P13 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7L1P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.

CHOL, DLBC, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL7L1P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
