Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7L1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,839 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7L1P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARK3_S520, TJP1_S912, and SUN2_S113. Each is linked with RPL7L1P10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1P10-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1P10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7L1P10 versus MARK3_S520 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
