Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7L1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7L1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RPL7L1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7L1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
OV, KIRP, and STAD are the cancer types where RPL7L1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
