The most reproducible RPL7L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, ABCA8, and UBE2C. Each is linked with RPL7L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1 results are reported.
