Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5696, IGHD3-16, and MIR4796. Each is linked with RPL7L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5696 grouped by RPL7L1-low versus RPL7L1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
