Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRS1, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MAPK_pT202_Y204. Each is linked with RPL7L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRS1 grouped by RPL7L1-low versus RPL7L1-high in UCEC.
