Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7AP73 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7AP73 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RPL7AP73 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7AP73 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THYM show a favorable association.

LUAD, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where RPL7AP73 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
