RPL7AP7

SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7AP7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL7AP7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPL7AP7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7AP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.

CESC, KIRP, and THYM are the cancer types where RPL7AP7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
