The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPL7AP66 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7AP66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and MESO show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where RPL7AP66 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
