Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP52 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,039 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7AP52-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH14, TACC2_S41, and TACC2_S473. Each is linked with RPL7AP52 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP52-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP52 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP52→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
