RPL7AP31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7AP31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,833 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7AP31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FIP1L1, POLR2B, and PRR12_T738. Each is linked with RPL7AP31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7AP31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7AP31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP31 versus FIP1L1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7AP31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7AP31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
