RPL7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSNA1, SPOUT1, and BRD3. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7A versus SSNA1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
