Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,655 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EEF2, EIF3B, and EIF3E. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7A versus EEF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
