Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Ku80, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.
