RPL7A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,072 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL26, RPL29, and RPL12. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7A versus RPL26 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
