Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,043 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteinogenic amino acid catabolic process, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with RPL7A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proteinogenic amino acid catabolic process grouped by RPL7A-low versus RPL7A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
