Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPL7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where RPL7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
