RPL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCAF13, NOP58, and UTP18. Each is linked with RPL7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7 versus DCAF13 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
