Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL7 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP, Mast cells, and Mesangial cells. Each is linked with RPL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMP grouped by RPL7-low versus RPL7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
