Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,733 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D1, TRPM2, and DST. Each is linked with RPL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL7-to-partner and partner-to-RPL7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL7 versus TSC22D1 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
