Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL6P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,350 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL6P24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex localization, tRNA metabolic process, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA. Each is linked with RPL6P24 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6P24 results are reported.
