RPL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,774 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP20, SART3, and MTREX. Each is linked with RPL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL6 versus UTP20 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
