RPL6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with RPL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6 results are reported.
