Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,544 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, Glial cell migration, and tRNA 5'-end processing. Each is linked with RPL6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6 results are reported.
