Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,031 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIP1, PCDHA2, and ZFP64. Each is linked with RPL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL6 results are reported.
