RPL5P5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,912 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS7P11, RPS27AP11, and RPL4P4. Each is linked with RPL5P5 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
