Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,091 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5P32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATL3_S535, ITGA3, and ADAM22_S834. Each is linked with RPL5P32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P32-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
