RPL5P24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,618 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL13AP23, EEF1A1P9, and EEF1A1P13. Each is linked with RPL5P24 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P24 versus RPL13AP23 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
