RPL5P22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,472 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP6, RPS7P11, and RPL5P34. Each is linked with RPL5P22 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P22-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P22 versus RPL7AP6 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P22→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
