Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL5P19 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL5P19 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RPL5P19 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL5P19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, ACC, and STAD are the cancer types where RPL5P19 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
