RPL5P17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,785 significant associations in total. READ shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P17-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1A1P22, RPL14P1, and RPS7P11. Each is linked with RPL5P17 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P17 versus EEF1A1P22 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
