RPL5P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,915 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL5P12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL41P2, RPS7P1, and RPL3P2. Each is linked with RPL5P12 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5P12-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P12 versus RPL41P2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
