Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNTTIP2, CTSA, and GTF2B. Each is linked with RPL5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL5 versus DNTTIP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
