Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,339 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Autophagy. Each is linked with RPL5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL5-to-partner and partner-to-RPL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Macroautophagy grouped by RPL5-low versus RPL5-high in BREAST.
