RPL4P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center localization, Neuronal stem cell population maintenance, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with RPL4P6 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Microtubule organizing center localization grouped by RPL4P6-low versus RPL4P6-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL4P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL4P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
