RPL4P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,867 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL4P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FYB1, LCP2, and RGS10. Each is linked with RPL4P1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL4P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL4P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL4P1 versus FYB1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL4P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL4P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
