Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL41 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL41 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPL41 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC and BLCA are the cancer types where RPL41 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
