The most reproducible RPL41-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP135, LIPT1P1, and OR2AH1P. Each is linked with RPL41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL41-to-partner and partner-to-RPL41 results are reported.
