Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,571 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL41-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oocyte growth, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, and Regulation of amino acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPL41 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL41-to-partner and partner-to-RPL41 results are reported.
